Check the battery and the terminals to make sure they are clean. If the battery is fully charged, and the terminal clean, check to see if there is a ground cable. Years ago when I owned a Sunline trailer, I had trouble with a slide not wanting to operate. When I looked under the slide, there was a ground cable going to the frame. I removed the bolt, cleaned the connections and the slide worked.
