Well, I usually don't buy when we're boondocking sometimes there is no option. This tank looks like it actually detached from however it was held and will need to be put back in place. The corners of it punched through the stuff that protects the bottom of the fifth wheel.

Don't let those tanks get so full. Too much weight for the way they are installed. Had a small leak one time that was repaired with Water Weld.

Yea I know it is. If they want to do that I'd be fine with that or if they want to drive back and forth I'm alright with that too. Usually when they're doing a big job they work from sun up to sun down basically. We'll see, the most important thing is the tank, all the other stuff really doesn't matter. I would think they could get the tank fixed with a whole days work. I guess I'll see when they get here. That's the reason they're willing to do it, because it is a big job.

OK, that sounds like exactly what happened. I've got two guys coming out to take a look and hopefully fix it. Removing all those panels to gain access is going to be too much work for me. They've done a lot work for me in the past and they've always been reasonable on pricing and do an excellent job. I'm glad they're willing to drive up here because I'm an hour and a half north of them. They've driven quite a ways for me in the past but not quite this far. Luckily their pricing should easily make up for the cost of getting them up here. I could also use a new awning and there are are a few small items that I've been just dealing with so there will be plenty for them to do.

Most likely the supports broke loose, and the tank disconnected from the drain pipe. Two or three medium ratchet straps could make a temporary fix to get the tank back in a usable position. Reconnecting the pipe will depend on just how it came apart. If the pipe simply pulled out of a rubber grommet on the side of the tank, smear a little soap on it and work it back in as you raise the tank. If a coupling broke, a rubber repair coupling may be the answer. An Ace, True Value, Home Depot, etc., should have everything needed.

I'm sure that's what it was but I'm also sure it's partly my fault for all of the terrible roads I've been on over the years boondocking. I've driven this thing to places in sure that no other fifth wheel has been. Not to mention the regular roads in Baja and Alaska. Just thinking about the Old Denali Road makes me want to cry like my baby did the entire first 70 miles of road so bad that you could only idle and get beat to hell as your speedometer reads zero. I've got a trusted tech who agreed to drive an hour and a half to check it out for me. So hopefully they'll actually be able to take care of it.

You need to remove the coroplast and see what is going on. Poor bracing would be my guess.
