The glass was made in volume by some glass manufacturer and provided to the folks who built the shell. You should be able to find out who built the glass and get it directly or from the wholesaler who provided it to the shell manufacturer. See if you can find a similar shell with an unbroken piece of glass and you might find the name of the manufacturer there.
