Bully Dog for Cummins 400 HP
Anyone have experience with the Bully Dog add-on for diesel engine? Information suggests 10% increase in mileage and 15% bump in HP.

I would like to address the CA bashing. If it was not for CARB you would still be driving a performance car with 300-400HP that returns 4-8 MPG. Because emissions requirements forced the manufacturers to work on piston, cylinder head, fuel and ignition efficiency you can now have 300-400 HP and get 20 MPG when driven sensibly. You can also have 200 HP that returns 30+ MPG. Yeah, CA sucks.
