You have too many inputs and they are interfering with each other.
It is almost always the case that you need a little bit of manual attention to squeeze in the last little bit of charge......or disconnect all of the loads so that the float will actually top off the charge a bit over a long period.
You don't have a long period so you are back to a certain degree of manual control.
I think that you would be wasting time and money by buying new equipment in trying to get that last 3-5% when you have already discovered how to do it with a TINY little bit of manual effort.
But that opinion probably won't deter you from your obsession.
