Bypass converter/charger

Can I bypass converter/charger since I am on city electricity. Have tried but lost all lights. Top of fuse box has 40 amp fuse for the charger going into electric box.

No! The converter charger is an intrigrated part of the system. It produces 12VDC to charge the battery AND power for lights, refer,furnace, etc.
