The owner's manual will have that info. Most brands have theirs on-line.
Fuse to the chosen wire gauge. 5 ft is one way but you have two-way 10 ft.
I wire to match the max loading, which might be less than what the inverter could do, but if you go over that in amps, that's what the fuse is for. In your case I would wire and fuse for all 2000w, but not for the "surge" allowance, to be able to run a full-sized MW while the TV is on. (Popcorn?)
I used ANLs with no holder since there was no vibration threat, so no holder required. YMMV.
