I have a 4 camera wired Zmodo system that's been up and running for 3 years. They're the outside cameras. Inside, I went with inexpensive wireless Tenvis cameras because I didn't mind setting up port forwarding on the router.
If I ever want to expand to an 8 camera system outside, I'm going to use Zmodo again.
