I too have the Camp Chef 2 burner stove. Love it, I have the griddle, and BBQ Box for it so I can use it in almost any configuration imaginable. I have noticed that you have to be careful not to scorch anything because the burners really put out some heat. I bought a couple of "Flame Tamers" to offset this problem and they really work well.
