You can buy a hose with a male end for the trailer end fitting. On the other end you can buy a fitting to replace the existing Weber regulator (1/8” npt’). Just screw off the regulator and screw on the 1/8 female fitting. You may need an adaptor. Lots of examples on YouTube.
