Hi guys :).
I found my yellow job site light, as suggested by DrewE on page 1. Plugged it in just now. Wow. It is not like being outside in the sun, but it is kind of like being indoors in the sun. Am also using my vitamin D light. Will see what happens.

I think for me its probably both. IME some people are affected a lot by light levels, some a little, and some not at all. Biological diversity, FTW. I and my parents (and seemingly Mex) are at one edge of the bell curve. I have a sister who's at the other end, though. She doesn't care if she ever sees the sun!
