Nothing wrong with copper tube and rubber hose used on a water system. That galvanized box is is the wheel well. No vac formed plastic back in the day. The square box is to make a transition from under trailer to sidewall for something, water gravity fill perhaps.
The 9X9 or 6X6 floor tile under the pump has about a 99 in 100 chance of containing Asbestos FWIW. Don't grind it up with a sander.
