It is a water pump, but for what?!
What is under the floor? Obvious there is a wheel well, but what is the other galvanized cover on the right hiding? generator?
It is using flare fittings for gas lines , like propane, but definitely not pressurized propane given the hoses and clamps. Looks like PO used old parts he found on his work bench. It is just pumping liquid. It could be a drain. Im guessing you would have identified your water system's water pump and eliminated this as a fresh water pump for sink/shower.
The two lines on the right are curious. I assume the pump flows right to left?
