Alright, I think the mystery is solved. The one on the photo is a 3/4 Liquidtight nonmetallic flexible conduit (and plastic fitting for the same). They are 0.81" ID. But I can't - don't want - to use those fittings because they are too short to work as a fastener to plywood. Conduit is not needed on the roof - but the fitting is. It's tough being stupid, have to follow in other people steps :) ...
There is such thing as "3/4 Threaded PVC pipe nipple" 3/4 NPT 3/4" ID. So the question is - exactly how thick is #6 welding cable like this one? It says 0.38", doesn't it...

What else is out there? Something that I can run from the roof J-box into the rig, and then along the wall (partially in the cabinets), and to the controller. Few feet of the welding cable on the roof I can cover with a split wire loom, seems easy.
