If I was to buy a larger wattage battery station, do you think that would work? Or should I forget the battery station and buy a pure inverter, not a battery station, that can be plugged into a cigarette lighter outlet in the car?
Cigarette lighter outlet is usually 8 amps. 8 amps X 12 volts is 96 watts. I suspect you'll end up with a hot outlet. Running wires from the battery to the inverter is your best bet.
