  • Hi Gordon,

I did the "double conversion" thing for 4 years before I got the Magnum. I could not power much as the converter was only a PD 40 amp unit. Once the batteries were flat I had to lower my loads.

My inverter was 2500 watts and MSW which is why I jumped to the Magnum. If I had had a PSW the power supply would have been of great interest to me, particularly if they could be run in tandem.
  • LOL at the bong in one of the inverter pictures on fleabay

that powermax is interesting, could make my own hybrid inverter system without having to swap my Magnum for a Magnum Hybrid.
  • Hey now, I have a 1500 watt "Power Jack" PSW inverter that I probably bought from the same seller a couple years ago and it works quite well. I remember the hot babe modeling it was a great selling point. Actually, the inverter does fault out when battery voltage is above 14.8 V, and also of I try running it when it's much below freezing temp, but other than that it was a bargain for PSW.
  • If the case is strong enough maybe an axle and tongue could be mounted to it.
  • Yer supposed to concentrate on the Far East BABES Pianotuna. Mesmerized you tap the "Buy" button.
  • Chess Puffs and Rice (sounds like)...
That thing would be easy to supply the DC to if you had the bank out of a WWII Fleet type.

  • Hi Mex,

The inverter sellers take the cake for misleading the public. The inverter can not be used with a 120 volt fluorescent fixture. On mine the initial voltage was 176. By the end of a week of use it could barely power my laptop.
