I have a Carrier A/C on my car hauler that has a cracked fan. The part number of the fan is 38-50024-00. I know Carrier is out of the RV business but are there any alternative fans that I can replace...

Normally you can take the fan or blower blade to a A/C supply house, and they can match it up.
Carrier / Transcold is still in business, just not producing rooftop RV A/C units anymore. They might be able to get the parts, normally they make about 5% extra parts, to sell as OEM replacements.
