Have you used the remote, press menu, and set the proper "INPUT" to "Antena" or "Cable" and then do a "SCAN" to bring in the available channels? It won't bring in any Channels until you scan. Give it a try and point the antenna in the direction of a Known transmitter in the area you are in. Digital channels will usually end in a .1, or .2 or .3, for example if you normally get channel 3, it will now come in as channel 3.1 or 3.2. Remember SCAN SCAN SCAN
As an addition, you can bring up Antenna web and enter the Zip code where you are at and it will show the direction and distance to the available transmitter. You might need a compass to point your antenna
