Caulking around roof vents and ac unit
What is best way to do this? What type of sealant or caulk to use? How often should it be done. We have no leaks but just want to do preventive maintenance

My approach is "if it ain't broke don't fix it."
I check and if cracks have developed and they look significant, I apply dicor self leveling after cleaning the area.
