Caulking around roof vents and ac unit
What is best way to do this? What type of sealant or caulk to use? How often should it be done. We have no leaks but just want to do preventive maintenance

The air-conditioner has a special gasket and requires no caulking. Use Dicor self-leveling caulk for other roof vents.
