Caulking around roof vents and ac unit
What is best way to do this? What type of sealant or caulk to use? How often should it be done. We have no leaks but just want to do preventive maintenance

You don't caulk the A/C, if you have A leak just snug the bolts a little and if that doesn't do it, you change the gasket. :)
