Caulking around roof vents and ac unit
What is best way to do this? What type of sealant or caulk to use? How often should it be done. We have no leaks but just want to do preventive maintenance

I did what Billy W said. Run a 4" width of eternabond around the vents.
You are now done forever. I had an area that was missed with the dicor,
very small and it leaked quite a bit.
