Take one of the switches to an electronics parts store (Radio Shack used to be one but alas, not so much any more, You want a "Joe's TV shops here" kind of electronics supply) They usually have a selection of switches and the odds of having a DPDT Center off that will fit is best at a place like this.
Alternative And this is actually what I will recommend.
Visit most any hardware, Get a push-push fan switch or here are 3 links to Ace Hardware
If it fits or can be made to fit
I do not think this will work unless you add a diode
On/Off Toggle
How to wire:
The tip link,, Terminals are two rows of 3.. Hook power to the center
One side of the fixture hooks to BOTH ends, the other side to just one end.
Middle Link
Power to center, One side to each end, diode connects ends, If power is applied to the non-banded end of the diode both sides will light.
Bottom link (you need two) disable the existing switch one toggle to each side. This works with the push-push and other style of toggles as well (most of which are less expensive) any auto store and Radio Shack will have this kind of switch.
The first 2 switches are the same I think, just different styles.
Was hoping to just change the switch so it looks like it came that way. Don't know why they changed to this style, cheaper I guess...?
Thanks though.
