I'll agree on the LED's, just be aware that LED's running as outside security, or any other long term lighting have nowhere near lit lifespan claimed. Read the fine print..
All of my LED's are x2-x3 larger than the required use, but they are being controlled by dimmers at 50% or less. That's how you get the claimed hours or better.
