Hi,
I've measured 1900 watts continuous in hot weather 37 c (98.6 f) at 1893 feet on a 13500 btu Dometic. No other item was drawing power. I was supposedly on 30 amp shore power but the pedestal breaker did blow more than once.
In Cranbrook at 3093 feet, my then new Yamaha 3000 Sieb was "hit and miss" on starting the air conditioner. Once it was running there was no further problem. To be fair, the generator had less than 20 hours on it at that point in time.
Now that I have a hybrid inverter, I can run the Yamaha in eco mode and run pretty much what ever I wish in addition to the roof air. I do have the remote for the inverter so I can limit the draw on the generator to 23.3 amps.
