As far as finding a Ford dealer, if you can believe it, Colorado Springs (pop. roughly 650,000) has two Ford dealership locations. Neither one will work on RVs. I am in the process of checking with the other Ford-related brands to see if they can do the work.

The first option it pulls up for you to change should be language, but the way I read the manual if you allow it to fully RESET it should default all options to English and Imperial measurements which is what you want for the US.
BTW, what you're looking for in the manuals is any reference to "Message Center".
