Just installed a PD4645 bottom replacement and fuse board. At rest house batteries show 12.31 volts . With gen running, bat show 12.70 and climbs slowly, got up to 13.25. With gen off and motor run...

I don't know if this is the problem or not, but the output voltages of the Charge Wizard are changed by holding in the button then letting off the button when the mode you want is displayed. Solid green light = 14.4 volts, fast blinking = 13.6 volts, very slow blinking = 13.2 volts.
