Charge Wizard light

Just installed a PD4645 bottom replacement and fuse board. At rest house batteries show 12.31 volts . With gen running, bat show 12.70 and climbs slowly, got up to 13.25. With gen off and motor running, throwing 14.24 volts to house bat. Question: the charge wizard ( no pendent) has a light and manual over ride button, with the gen running and the button pressed, I cannot get the light to show any flashing codes as the instructions suggest. With the bat showing this low voltage, shouldn't the gen be throwing 14+ volts and the wizard light flashing?

What is the battery voltage after plugging in 24 hours? s/b ~13.6 volts

How old are the batteries? Hows the water level?

Fully charged btry will read 12.6/7. google 12volt side of life , READ & LEARN

Hi,

The wizard show a solid non flashing mode for 14.4 volts.

Your last sentence doesn't make sense as the generator only provides power to the converter--i.e. the generator does not do any 12 volt battery charging.
