If you have four batts but could get by with two, and you recharge every day, you will be operating in the higher SOC zone, where recharging is slower. You need to recharge every second day to take advantage of the higher acceptance rates in the mid SOC zone (which is why they invented 50-80s)
In cold weather the batts are at a lower capacity, so two might be enough in summer but too few in winter. With 6s that means adding two more, not one more. (which is why I take 6 instead of 4 in winter)
In a four day session with 440AH, you start with full batts, so the first battery cycle has 44 more AHs than the second cycle which starts at 90%. Same usage second cycle means going down to 40% SOC (not a crime if not done often) Or reduce your DC usage second cycle.
But you will be recharging every second day, so that means your second recharge is due the same day you are going home, so you can forget that and do it all up back to 100% after you get home. So only one 50-90 gen recharge needed for the four day session.
