Looking around most campgrounds I've been to, I don't see too many people that give much thought at all to their equipment. Most are what I refer to as weekend warriors. Nothing wrong with that but I would guess that plenty of them are more concerned with what's being grilled for dinner than what type of battery they have and how to charge it. That's why I ask the questions I do. I may not be the brightest bulb on the planet when it comes to this stuff but at least I acknowledge that and willing to learn. One thing I do know. If you're going to own a camper, you better know how to fix stuff. For instance..Last year, our campsite was right on a curve at the bottom of a hill. We were out doing some shopping and when we returned, three panels on our camper were dented in badly. Our neighbors said some kid on a bicycle couldn't stop and smashed into it. We never did find out who it was and I can only hope the kid didn't get hurt but the estimate of repair was $1,700.00 Instead of turning it in to insurance, I ordered the panels and I had a crown stapler so I did it myself for $235 Looks brand new.
