Yes, I do understand that and will try using the Schumacher in 12V mode to charge the batteries in series. The reason I tried charging them individually in 6V mode is that when I used the Schumacher on my group 24 Interstate, the voltage never even got to 14 and then it went to float with my hydrometer showing only about a 90% charge. If there's one thing I've learned here, it's that you'll kill a battery in a hurry leaving it like that!
