Chassis Battery Not Charging On Shore Power/Generator

I noticed That my Chassis Batteries only charge when the engine is started/running. I know there is an Isolator I suppose that controls the dual charging function. I have the 2002 Monaco Diplomat 40' ...

On my 04 Endeavor the electronics were in the front DS locker and did not charge the chassis battery from the charger. The solenoid was in the battery box. In the current rig both the electronics (2 way) and solenoid are behind the batteries on the PS.
