Chassis Battery Not Charging On Shore Power/Generator

I noticed That my Chassis Batteries only charge when the engine is started/running. I know there is an Isolator I suppose that controls the dual charging function. I have the 2002 Monaco Diplomat 40' ...

Mine did that. After I ruined a chassis battery by letting it run completely down multiple times when sitting plugged in during the winter, I installed a Trik-L-Start. That was 3 years ago. I have had no problems since. Works great.

I located the relay that connects the two batteries together in an emergency. I hooked the input wire to the house battery lug, the output wire to the chassis battery lug, and the ground wire to the relay body (grounded to the frame).
