Chassis Battery Not Charging On Shore Power/Generator

I noticed That my Chassis Batteries only charge when the engine is started/running. I know there is an Isolator I suppose that controls the dual charging function. I have the 2002 Monaco Diplomat 40' ...

Does BIRD have a make and model number?

Since it works one direction and did it previously work? I can't see how the programming would change so I assume you need a replacement.
