Chassis Battery Not Charging On Shore Power/Generator

I noticed That my Chassis Batteries only charge when the engine is started/running. I know there is an Isolator I suppose that controls the dual charging function. I have the 2002 Monaco Diplomat 40' ...

With an alternator failure and lack of charging the chassis battery from the charger it's easy to bypass the relay.

On my 04 Endeavor I jumped 12V to the coil contact and continued on my way. Imagine my suprise when later the engine would not shut off due to feedback from that connection! So first remove and tape any existing wires.
