Hello Bobs your Uncle... If you are still in Calgary, you could take your unit to Bucars RV just north of Calgary (they are located just west of Cross Iron Mills Mall). They are good folks and will likely take care of you. If there is a recall, I would be very surprised if they wouldn't repair it and take care of the "paperwork" for you.
