The check engine light means that something is wrong. Buy a code reader or find someplace that will read it for you. It could be a simple fix or a costly one, but get it checked out. Or electrical tape over the light.

Most auto parts stores, and WalMart, have the ability to retrieve codes. Should be able to find a lot you’re able to pull into.

Yes. As always it should be near the stearing column under the front edge of the dash.

Thanks for the replies. I doubt I can gat my Motor Home in the auto zone lot. Do new, class A MH with the V-10 have a port to hook diagnostics to?

Agree'd you need to read the code(s).
Could be as simple as a loose gas cap.

Cause you are supposed to get the code read and go from there... :)

You have a stored error code. Go to autozone and have then read it. With that code you can look up possible causes.
