I would remove P-traps and clean them out - easily unscrewed. Air admittance valve under sink could be stuck. Just unscrew the valve and see if it's working okay.
If it smells, something is wrong. We had this happen in a previous new TT with galley tank for the kitchen. I cleaned the P-traps (looked clean) and sucked air through the valve. Valve may have been stuck as the smell went away and never came back.
May be time to give the tank a good cleaning but still, smell should not be coming inside.
Worst case scenario might be something wrong with the tank and it's coming inside around the opening around the waste pipe through the floor.
