From 66 to 75 MPH – the tire inflation pressure needs to increase 10 PSI (not to exceed the maximum PSI the tire is rated for) but requires no load adjustment.

Does this mean I can travel at 75MPH?
I have a single axle TT with 175/80R13 50psi 1360lb rated tires. Both wheels have been weighed at less that 1100lbs giving 20+% safety margin per wheel.
Per the tables, I could use 35psi. At 45psi I can go 75mph!

This is where the fuzz meets the road. What has the vehicle manufacturer put on the trailer’s certification label for recommended tire pressure? Whatever is there is the correct tire pressure for your trailer’s tires. To use less is to under inflate your tires, unless, it’s for a special consideration outlined in your owner’s manual.
I think you will find that manipulation of tire pressures above what is depicted on the sidewall is at the desecration of the vehicle manufacturer.
