Even the storied Michelin Man only grants a speed rating higher than 75mph for an LT to the "winter 4x4" sector, at least as given at this Michelin link.

. I guess you missed the trailer-only part, which to means Not-an-LT.
The Kumho 857 is an ST tire as you would notice in the link I provided above.
Check out these LT tires with a Q=99mph rating.
75mph is a puny rating for LT tires.
