The Manual states "Typically", NOT that you can. You always follow the Tire makers speed limits, NOT what a 2nd or 3rd party says. Remember, The RV maker does NOT warranty the tires, so they can say anything as THEY do not have to warrant any Tire problems OR DAMAGE from a blown tire. The Manuals also state Cargo Carrying Capacities (CCC) can have a big affect on tire load/inflation and Heat. Doug
