The "wheels issue" should be a no brainer.
No diff than when you switch from ST tires to LT tires.
If your wheels are only rated to 65psi, switching to XPS Ribs requiring 80 psi - would necessitate a new set of wheels.
GY is simply doing an obvious FYI and CYA (yours, theirs, and the dealers) - by indicating the wheels must be rated for the psi increase from 65 to 75.
How fast (and what psi) you run *whatever* tires you have on your trailer is your business..:W
BTW - running ST tires is a moot non-issue for almost everyone.
However, some folks like FE, love 'em - no matter how frequently they are replaced with "more of the same".
