Here's what concerns me the most about both the Goodyear bulletin and the similar language at the Tire Rack site:
Neither one mentions any necessity to derate the tire for load if traveling at the higher speed.
ST tires are rated for more load than LT tires of similar size, and it's been my understanding that one reason for that is the lower speed "rating". Tire Rack does caution that increasing air pressure doesn't "provide any additional load carrying capacity"...but doesn't the higher speed call for REDUCING that number?
Since so many trailers are on rubber at the ragged edge of just-sufficient per load capacity, this seems to me to be a critical point.
