Do you really need the microwave? I know it is on that circuit but still it does add cost and complexity. And 2x GC2 is weak for powering a microwave even if it will work for short periods.
I recommend Go Power 300 watt inverter and Kisae 15a transfer switch.
GoPower has very low idle current, provision for remote power switch, can use existing battery connection for 12v power.
Kisae has connectors instead of cords for ease of installation.

Run the Honda if you need the microwave. IOTA is a great choice in converters although I would go 45 amps if using oem wire.
