Your Bogart Trimetric 2030 system is meant to optimize battery charging. It can produce charging voltages that are beyond most inverter high voltage cut-offs. The options are:
Sub-optimize the 2030 with a lower bulk/topping voltage.
Find a PSW inverter that does not turn off below 16v. Samlex PST series is one example.
Run the inverter only when solar is not charging (turned off or at night).
