You can swap which breaker the MW is on. There will be two black wires going to the one breaker now, so just snip the one that is for the MW and splice it over to a more convenient breaker.
Another way is to just unplug the microwave from its wall receptacle and use an extension to plug it into a receptacle that is not on the bedroom circuit.
Our microwave is plugged into one receptacle for when on inverter and a different receptacle for when we have shore power, so I have to remember to plug it into the right place.
