No need...since OP is using a transfer switch to bring inverter power to that circuit, the micro will work as normal when the rig is plugged into shore power.

We need to spend more of the OP's money so he has a big inverter for the MW, toaster, kettle, etc and a small PSW inverter for the blanket, laptop, etc. :)
