And I would make sure the fridge is 'completely defrosted', the drip tray and entire fridge wiped down dry, and then sprayed cleaned with a bleach cleaning spray AND make sure you have something lodged in the door so it can not close on you.
Nothing worse than come spring and you've got mold growing all over your fridge which happens fast in a closed up RV. - TrackrigExplorer IIWe always leave the door on the washer shut after we've put some antifreeze in it and cycled it to get it though the drain lines.
We used air to blow out the incoming lines to the washer.
On ours there are three clear hoses going to or coming from the washer. I've used the air pressure method sometimes, but it rather scares me because I don't know if I really got the water out of all three hoses. By using the pink antifreeze, I can see it in the lines. (If you take off the small front wooden panel under the washer cabinet (about 6" x 7") you can shine a light in there and see the pink antifreeze).
I really don't know why there are three lines?
1. Incoming cold water
2. Incoming hot water
3. ??? In anyone knows, please reply.
And of course there is the 1-1/2" black drain line.
We always leave the refer open like you would a household refer when not in use. Make sure the water is draining through the drain tube as the ice melts off of the freezer fins so the water isn't left sitting in the tray getting moldy.
Make sure your refer light goes off when the doors are left open after using the battery disconnect - I always disconnect my battery terminals so there are no phantom power draws. Real battery disconnects being installed in the spring.
