Class C House Battery IMPOSSIBLE To Access Easily

My friend has a Class C motorhome and she will join me on the Big Adventure of 2016. Her house battery is all the way in the back, under the mattress in the far rear corner, with no outside access...

have a door cut in the side and a slide tray put in, or that battery will be toast ,who,s gonna check the water, also two batteries are better than one.
