1. If you want the ceiling cavity completely devoid of the rodent debris. the ONLY best way to do that is to remove the roof on top. Remove the plywood decking on top and clean out and disinfect. Replace any insulation and redeck and replace the EPDM/TPO.
2. Going from the INSIDE will be a nightmare. Trying to cut out all the ceiling panels and then cleaning and then cutting NEW ceiling panels to fit going around cabinets and such is much more difficult than option 1 above.
3. IF you have full coverage insurance, they will pay for option 1. AS long as the cost does not exceed the 80% value of your RV. Doug
